Security fixes
Apple's release notes include security fixes, and the count is reported differently by different outlets. Apple lists all of them on its security content page, so check that page for the full list before you update.
Should you update?
Most iPhone owners on iOS 27 should install the update for the security fixes. If you use Siri AI in a supported language, the new languages and memory features are the main reasons to do so now. Check your backup first, as with any update.
